As a result of nonpayment the listed tax bills are delinquent. The amounts due are a personal obligation of the taxpayer on the
assessment date as of January 1 and bears commissions, fees and interest at the rate of twelve percent (12%) and, if not paid, will be
subject to collection by the County Attorney as provided by law. At any time after ninety (90) days from the creation of the Certificate
of Delinquency, the Certificate of Delinquency may be paid by a third party purchaser and if so paid, the certificate will be subject to
collection by the third party purchasers which may impose substantial administrative cost and fees associated with the collection in
addition to the amount due on the delinquent bill. The third party purchaser may file with the County Clerk's office, a Lis Pendens Lein
against the property envolved.

taxpayer\property-owner a letter advising on the status of the tax bill. If a third party purchaser bought your tax bill, you must
contact that purchaser to obtain the amount due and pay.

record's last name, and appears in alphabetical order.
